I had a marvelous experience thanks to Arturo and Gen they take care of me help me with the options due to me being vegan they explain what was in the food. They asked me if I wanted to drink and on my way out, they asked me how was my meal did I enjoy it and I gotta say if I could give them a raise I’ll give them a raise

Food was 10/10, environment was clean. The staff Wowed me with their kindness and product knowledge. Ive been here a few times and already I feel myself as family. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experienced. Thank you to both Mike and Diana, went above the standard just to see the customer smile.

Five Stars Across the Board—Thanks to Mike I’ve been a loyal Dos Toros customer for over a decade, and not once in all those years have I had anything less than a five-star experience. That’s not luck—it’s leadership. And in this case, the credit goes to Mike. Mike managed the original location I frequented on 4th Avenue and now runs the Lexington Avenue spot with the same dedication, warmth, and consistency that first made me a fan. The food is always fresh, the team is always on point, and the vibe is upbeat but never chaotic. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability in fast-casual dining, and even rarer to see a manager stay committed to excellence for so many years. If you’re near Lexington and craving something great, stop in. You’ll be well-fed—and well taken care of.

Went in today at 6:40 to get a bowl and i wanted the hot and cold stuff separately. With no hesitation they accommodated me. The guys were awesome super friendly and kind and helpful. And the food was fresh. My first time coming in to this location amazing :D

This is by far the best in NYC I come here all the time with my whole family we love this place it's so welcoming the crew is amazing and so friendly all the time the manager Michael rolled my burrito so good ill never forget about the was everything was aligned on top on each other to perfection he definitely made my day complete

Love dos torros. One of my favorite spots when it comes to burrito and tacos this location is not too far from my job. It is always clean the staff are very energetic and friendly they take their time to make your food to your expectations but fast enough to make sure the line moves so you don’t need to worry it will be a perfect in and out love the spacious seating plus my table had a plug on the side then how they made my burrito the staff member he was aligning all the ingredients I ask as a piccaso they really put care into making your food and they are patient if you have questions they understand customer service. I highly recommend this location for dos torros burrito and taco and much more on their menu.

Quality ingredients, good portions and wonderful customer service equals key to successful restaurant. The Dos Toros spot on East 77 Street has a great team. They are always polite and welcoming. The team is friendly and seem to work really well together. Food items are always fresh and I love that this establishment is always clean. Everyone is so nice and wishing customers a nice day. Shout out to Jaykob, Jack and Arturo and the young brunette young lady for the great customer service and great service.
